Description
Implement CSS strategies to ensure that the partnering agreement is operated profitably and effectively
Manage the personnel and infrastructure of sites at power stations
Ensure that the resources are effectively applied and generate value to CSS
Addressing complaints and resolving problems
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Plan and control all business operating requirements ie finance, labour and sales to support partnering agreement requirements
Plan, delegate and control team members tasks to achieve project deliverables
Mentor and coach team members to achieve job performance
Recruit, train and conduct performance management reviews for team members
Qualifications
Trade Diploma in engineering field
Certificate/Diploma in business management
Requirements
Must be able to prepare financial reports
Sales and project management skills
Specialist knowledge in agreement management, preparation and control
Experience
5 years experience in project management
5 years experience in pump repair and operation
