A Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities
Overseeing the running of the maintenance department
Breakdown repairs, general and preventative maintenance
Maintaining a sound employer/employee relationship
Ensuring disciplinary and grievance procedures are maintained
Responsible for safety within the maintenance department

Qualifications
Must be a qualified tradesman (boilermaker, fitter or millwright)

Requirements
Must have strong leadership skills
Problem solving capabilities
Working knowledge of health and safety, industrial relations and ISO9002 systems
Computer literate

Experience
Minimum 10 years experiece in the maintenance environment
