A Brief History

J.M. Business Management Services CC was founded in 1991 by the current Managing Member, Mr James Millar, as an independent management consultancy to small/medium businesses. Part of the business improvement process involved the replacing and/or hiring of new staff. This increased to such an extent that Mrs Cecilia Millar saw the opportunity, and started a recruitment division which by March 1999 had become the main focus of J.M. Business Management Services CC.
