A Brief History and Company Profile

J.M. Business Management Services CC was founded in 1991 by the current Managing Member, Mr James Millar, as an independent Management Consultancy to small/medium businesses. Part of the business improvement process involved the replacing and/or hiring of new staff. This increased to such an extent that Mrs Cecilia Millar saw the opportunity, and started a recruitment division which by March 1999 had become the main focus of J.M. Business Management Services CC. 

The company is situated in Bedfordview and currently provides an "across the board" recruitment service to the  business and industrial sectors, as well as providing the Legal Field in South Africa with a very active and professional legal recruitment service.

 J.M. Business Management Services CC consultants are all seasoned professionals and represent a minimum of 50 years recruitment experience between them. Over the 14 year period the company has used it's unique intellectual property to develop customised, user-friendly and workable recruitment systems.  By becoming an extension of our client's business, the company endeavours to build a solid working relationship and a clear understanding of the corporate culture of the organisation with hands-on experience across all market sectors.
